We had a question through another forum which i think is relevant. The question was in regards to one of the Getaways.:

“Just like to know if spouse tag along but not attend the workshop be possible?”

EOA: Yes, of course you can bring your wife, friend, girlfriend, mother.. whom ever you like to bring along.

However, the Getaways are designed in a way to maintain a low profile and we travel with a maximum of 14 participants. More often then not we are even less then that.

So, anyone coming along and attending part of the itinerary is considered a participant and therefore has to pay the same fees.

Our Getaways are designed in a way, that it should not matter on what level of photography you are shooting, you should have plenty of reasons to still enjoy the experience.

Also, at no stage of the Getaway you are forced to come along with the group. Sometimes you just like to take half a day for you by the pool in one of the many great hotels, where we are staying. Or you like to get up later and joining the group only after their morning shoot, when they come back for breakfast.

On our Getaways you can do that, because we prefer having a steady base instead of forcing you to move together every day. Its important to us, that we only travel as much as we absolutely have to, so we get more time enjoying a destination and taking images.

We had many couples in the past and often one party is more enthusiastic then the other about photography, but they enjoyed the possibility of traveling together, making friends and sitting over dinners with likeminded travelers, sharing their thoughts on travel, photography and life.
